Delivery

All orders will usually be dispatched with Royal Mail or Parcelforce, within 1 working days of purchase. Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day. If your requested product is not in stock we will contact you within 1 day. You will then be offered an alternative, the oppertunity to be placed on back order - to be sent when stock arrives - or offered a full refund.

Returns

If you are un happy with the condition of your order you can return the item for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us before returning a product for a reference number.
